"I’ve stayed already 4 times. facilities are great, no denying. when they work… Pool was closed for 3 out of the 4 nights i was staying; when asking when it would reopen I was politely told to go and find it out myself (like staff is not interested to know and inform guests?!), and finally when remaining planet conscious I asked for room service every 2 days (middle of my stay) and they missed that too. dont know what happened this time, but this is how I felt leaving the hotel"

"Beautiful place but our mattress was so hard, I lost sleep! There was a point where I considered sleeping on the floor, as I thought it might be more comfortable, and my partner developed back and hip pain. The staff was lovely, everyone was so friendly and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. About a 20 minute walk from city centre, the location was also great! Apart from the mattress, I would definitely recommend to stay here. "

"This was our 3rd visit to the Worsley hotel whilst visiting family in the UK. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are a bit in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms could use better quality towels and new granite. The current countertop looks old and worn out like an older motel, not a 4 star hotel. The bedding is minimal and when I asked for a blanket was told they only had duvets. I was really looking for something for comfort but the thin bedding was minimal and not cozy at all. "The property was clean but a little dated. Breakfast was good. The food in general was good. The room was very dated and in need of an update. The prices were extortionate for where it is, way more expensive than Kent on par with London. The biggest miss sell is the tv. It is advertised on Expedia as a 55” smart tv. It is not 55” and is definitely not smart. This was extremely disappointing as my wife and I were looking forward to cosying up in the room and catching up with Netflix as we are...
