"We stayed here for several nights. The staff members at the front desk were very helpful. They were able to add an extra night for me. They offered a list of local restaurants, as well as sharing their favorites, which was great to know (and we enjoyed the places that were recommended). The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight -- lots of options for hot and cold breakfast items, including make-your-own waffles, and a yogurt parfait station with strawberry...

"This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is no staff. They double charged me after not sending out the codes to the room and canceling my stay without my knowledge.
The bed sheets were dirty, the room was bare, and they lacked basic amenities. This is a scam, DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Great accommodations! The space was very clean, warm, quiet comfortable, tastefully designed and with great amenities. I wish I could take these accommodations to every mountain I ski at. Only 10 minutes from Mount Sunapee. Definitely higher than a five star."

"The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). The host was responsive when we arrived to check in and the cleaning crew was still there. The location was great for skiiing. "

"This was our second time staying at The Lodge and we loved it just as much as the first time! So spacious - perfect spot to wind down after a long day skiing. Communication with the property manager is quick, easy, and friendly. This will be a regular spot for us next ski season, I'm sure!"

"The Lodge at Sunapee Stays was a great place to stay at, comfortable bed, heat pump works great for heating room. The bidet toilet was a first for me, and actually was nice to use. The activity room is also very nice and clean with a lot of options."

"Hotel confortável, perto da estação de sky.
Entretanto longe de qualquer outra atração, sendo que apenas um restaurante fica próximo.
Tentamos pegar um Uber para voltar pra Boston. Foi impossível. Com muita sorte conseguimos um táxi, pela bagatela de 350 dólares, um absurdo.
Os atendentes não tinham boa vontade em nos ajudar.
Gostamos do quarto. Espaçoso e bem equipado.
Fora isso, nenhum tipo de bebida alcoólica vendem no hotel. Nem um mísero vinho. Não voltaria. Café da manha péssimo. "
