"We (wife and two boys 9yo) have been coming to Cranmore for the last three years but have never stayed in the Fairbanks lodge. The property was beautiful, BJ (owner/manager) was super responsive…even going out of his way to get us in well ahead of check-in time. All in all it was a great experience. "Property was great and was decently clean, though the carpets either need a deep clean or need to be replaced in parts. I normally wouldn't have noticed, but I was on the ground a lot with a toddler. Everything else was clean including the kitchen, bathrooms, all surfaces, and linens. The owners were excellent at communicating directions, check-in and check out procedures and had lots of pamphlets on local activities and restaurants. The pool and tennis courts were an added bonus. You cannot go wrong renting this wonderful property. "

"Check in was super easy! Condo complex is quiet and unit was just as described. This is one of the cleanest units we have stayed in! A/C units worked well for us as it was very hot during our stay. Condo is nicely appointed with all you would need including strong wifi. They even leave ice tray full so you have ice cubes. Choice of drip or Keurig coffee machines. Furnishings were up to date and comfy. Linens were high quality and the bathroom towels were so soft! This is a first floor end unit...
