The house is absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, house clean, game room and hot tub were a big hit. The owners were very responsive and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful Home, pictures don’t do justice! Very cozy and welcoming. plenty of things to do after a long day out, wonderful morning memories as we cooked breakfast and kids enjoying ping pong table, backyard and other amenities!! We loved the hot tub with speakers. Lovely neighbors. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful specially for runners like my daughter. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ben.

Blessed and beautiful

The house is home away from home. Modern rustic decor fits the area. This has become an annual visit for us. Thank you for all the amenities and little things (like a first-aid kit)!

Very nice home, plenty of space, pool table is a bonus!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this very clean, spacious, cozy and nicely decorated vacation home. Owner is very thoughtful in everything—different types of dishes for adults and children; games for kids; pool tables, table tennis and air hockey for teenagers and adults; coffee station is excellent, the location is also very convenient if you are visiting Lancaster and the surrounding area. We went to Sight and Sound, Bird-in-Hand, Tanger outlet, Hershey, and many nice local stores around the peaceful community. Highly recommended!

Fantastic a second time

This was our second stay here and we had a great time. The home is still beautiful and very comfortable and clean. Our host was very responsive when we thought we might’ve had an issue. It was a lot colder and windier this time around so we didn’t make much use of the outdoor patio, but we did get in the hot tub. We will come back again.

Family Thanksgiving

We had our second Thanksgiving stay at Ben's house. Just like last year, the house was great for the 9 who slept there and the 9 who came just for Thanksgiving dinner. The one issue we had was responded to promptly and rectified quickly.

Memorable & Enjoyable Stay

This property was truly exceptional, a beautiful craftsman style home that was not only very spacious but also met the needs of our family. Unfortunately, on our first night, we were met with a very serious water leak from the bathroom into the basement which rendered us with only one shower for the eleven of us to use. It was challenging for the one night but we managed. We contacted our host Ben and the next day the problem was resolved. Ben was apologetic, he did offer us a partial refund for the first night and we accepted his offer. Thereafter, we went on to have a most memorable and enjoyable stay without further incident, enjoying both the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. You will not be disappointed in choosing this property because this vacation home has a lot to offer everyone, both adults and children. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future because of its beauty, charm, spaciousness, location and wonderful host. We had a great time, thank you Ben!

Property was very spacious. Family from Florida and nearby Chester Springs stopped in for a pre- wedding brunch. Plenty of space and well supplied kitchen for us to prepare brunch. Next day the bride and groom stopped in to spend the day. Backyard allowed the little ones to run around and play ball

Pennsylvania Dutch Country hidden jewel

Ben is absolutely amazing as a host! We travel quite often and this is one of the best properties that we have stayed in. We traveled with three generations, aged three to well seasoned. From the 1st floor game room to the well appointed den, replete with a pool table and air hockey. The property has more then ample space for young ones to stretch out and play. The outdoor patio is a virtual oasis. The hot tub with Bluetooth enabled sound and ambient lighting created the perfect enclave for the adults to enjoy some tranquility and serenity. While we did visit Sight and Sound, the true purpose of our travels was to offer a brief respite to one of our sons and his family. They had the unfortunate experience of suffering through a devastating house fire. They were awakened by smoke alarms blaring. The fire burned their house to the ground. Even the studs and joist were rendered to ashes. Bless GOD that our son, daughter-in-law and their six kids all made it out safely, but with only pajamas and house shoes. The fire totally consumed all of their material possessions. I relayed these unfortunate circumstances to Ben and the way that he supplied and stocked the house convinced us that he considered the most minute details in ensuring that we would have an enjoyable stay. We generally travel to the area when Sight and Sound introduces a new production. On future visits to the area, Ben King will definitely be our host of choice. Thanks Ben for an enjoyable stay!

Gordonville Gem

We had a group of friends stay in the house for a single night. It was clean, roomy, and looked exactly like the pictures. The amenities including the hot tub and fire pit provided a great backdrop to relax and catch up. Pool and Ping Pong tables also a plus. Many social areas and bedrooms comfortable. The community is lovely and quite but a bit distant from Lancaster if that is your destination. Overall, great place and experience

Lovely Home in the heart of Amish Farms

This home was super cute and cozy. We had everything we needed and tons of space. 4 genetations celebrated a 30th birthday. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed the hot tub and games! We will definitely be back!

Booked this place for 3 days, as my now wife, and I got married. Had the groomsman, and bridal party all get together, and overall, was an amazing place to stay. Many things to do for entrainment, and very comfortable. Hose is super responsive. Check in was also super easy. Had a stress free stay, and besides that, a beautiful wedding, and great time with close friends. 5 stars goes to this place for me.

Four generations of celebration

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters 30th birthday at Ben's home! It was clean and comfortable. Easy to access, keyless. We had 4 generation, 8 adults and 2 children. We were all very comfortable, plenty of space. Ben was a fabulous host! He thinks of everything, the house is ready for all your needs. I would highly recommend staying here! Perfect for a relaxing girls' weekend

My friends and I rented this place for my bachelorette weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, with plenty of space and felt cozy. It was very close to some fun activities in Lancaster as well. I would recommend this stay to anyone.
