"Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder. "Wow I’m really blown away by the location of the property, only minutes from the places that make Naples special. The hot tub was clean and well lit! The yard was spacious and private. Really enjoyed our stay a small family could have an amazing time here with ease."

"The house was as described, overall clean. Hot tub was nice and we used it at night. The bikes left in the garage to use, tires were flat, pump there but not the right kind for the bike. wanted to use the grill but did not work to light it. The few minor things like dirty shower curtain was remedied by a email to the owner/company. The broken hair dryer also remedied by same email. both things arrived at house by amazon delivery. "This was such a great place! The pool was beautiful and just the right temp, neighborhood was quiet and friendly, kitchen well stocked with dishes etc. I would stay again."

"Great experience! I would definitely look into better outside lighting as the property was a bit hard to locate at night but otherwise very clean and as advertised property!"

"Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me."

"We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Host was very responsive. The house was very clean and the pool and property well maintained. Love the pool temperature. Location of the property is great as you are close to everything on the island, not that anything is far anyway. Love the layout of the rooms. Love that both bathrooms have showers too."
