"The propperty is great with wonderful amenities and well maintained facilities. The biggest drawback is the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not helpful and bordering on rude. They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience."

"I would give a 4.5* if I could - overall we loved our stay here, the resort has excellent facilities for families - we loved the water park (adults included) and the games/arcade room which was perfect to end the night or escape the sun!

"This is a very quiet resort and really makes up for the things it doesn’t offer. Lots of chairs at the pool. There is a nice little bar to get drinks or snacks. The staff is very kind and very helpful. We had an ocean view room and the sunrise were amazing.
Room was dated but clean. I think it was an excellent value for the money. The only drawback is gum is really small but the stairs make up for it workouts wise. Location is excellent. Quiet part of Lamai with a lot of choices of...
