Walk to 4 restaurants, general store and 2 pubs or just 10 minutes away from a world class golf course and biking and hiking trails. Lots of fishing and picnic areas.

Suited to a family or mature adults . (this is our second home). The neighborhood incorporates families who live and work year round thus the consideration for general peace and quiet.

We may be able to accommodate same day last minute bookings if coordinated. We may accept single nights during the week (Mon - Thurs) if coordinated. (call ) .

Any stays that fall during a long weekend must be minimum of 3 nights.
Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 CAD is due on arrival.
Credit Card is accepted for credit card damage deposit "hold"

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are allowed.
Fee of 18.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s). (based on a minimum of 1 days) (Charged Any number of pets.)
Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds)
Pets allowed:Cat, Dog
A guest must request this optional service.
Maximum allowed: Two Pets
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
Fee of $279 CAD for stays that are 1 to 5 nights in duration.Fee of $319.00 CAD for stays that are 7 to 10 nights in duration.
Cost is shared with owner ( and assumes tidying up) in an effort to keep fees as low as possible. This one time fee assumes basic tidying up, dishes clean etc,

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 8 days during a stay.

Parking

Parking is free.
Waterfront and/or Beach

Property is near water.
Crystal lake is a 10 minute drive/taxi from the property. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a public boat launch ramp.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Ski/Board In is a 2 minute walk to the property.
This is a true ski-in ski-out direct to door collection of 18 town homes. You can ski directly downhill (1 minute) on a path that leads to Gondola. There is no walking necessary until spring skiing break up.

One-time fee of 49.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
