To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, ALL guests must complete a short pre-arrival process AFTER the booking is confirmed. This is managed through a preferred third-party guest portal and helps protect both you and the home. This verified process keeps everything platform compliant and ensures a worry-free stay for both guests and hosts.

We stayed here in September and found the condo to be wonderful. The interior is nicely furnished and is all brand new. They are still working on the exterior of the building but we never heard any noise from them working. There is elevator access to the upper floors. You can walk to the many restaurants downtown and to the Pedestrian Bridge and stroll along the Rotary Trail. There's an IGA grocery store right across the street. Taras and Oksana were very good at answering any of our questions in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
