**KITCHEN**

Prepare delicious recipes or home-made meals in our fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen features essential appliances ideal for your daily needs:

It is also stocked with basic cookware and kitchen utensils such as:

Take a relaxed shower or use the tub. The unit features a unique and fully equipped bathroom. The bathroom is private. You will find a sink, toilet, shower with bathtub, mirror, towels, soap, shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo.

**LAUNDRY**

Feel free to use the washer and dryer found inside the condo. We also include detergent!

**PARKING**

> For additional parking guests can carefully park on the side of the road in front of the OSO building.

We are only 4 minutes walk from downtown Golden. You will have at the palm of your hand all the restaurants and outdoor activities unique to Golden.

- Golden downtown is easily navigated on foot, by bike or in a vehicle.

- Rider Express offers daily bus service to Calgary and Vancouver.

- In winter take the Champagne Powder Shuttle, a daily scheduled shuttle from Calgary Airport direct to Golden and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

- In order to better enjoy the area of Golden we really recommend renting a vehicle. :)

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).

9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
