River House on the Beautiful Rogue River

Yes, comes with your own boat ramp, just add fish!
Newly remodeled vacation home with a spacious great room along with a full window view of the magnificent Rogue River, includes hot tub! (swim and tub at own risk)
Home has 3 bedrooms with two kings and one queen . 2 1/2 baths and a bonus room that can sleep additional guests. It has a large kitchen with all new appliances, cooking island, coffee bar and wine cooler for relaxing at the end of the day. If you decide to stay in for the day there are 2 separate big screen TV’s, a game table and a wood stove to stay cozy (firewood not included).
There is a large covered deck on the river side with a great BBQ (included) space for entertaining or seclusion, just add the Kabob's.
The backyard includes an outdoor fire pit to enjoy the cool evening breeze from the river (firewood not included).
Fishing? Yes whether you bring your own boat or hire a local guide, the Rogue is famous for great Salmon, Steelhead and Trout fishing. Don't forget your drift boat, kayak or tubes you can launch from the property, or just chill on the bank in your favorite lounge chair.
The River House is located between Medford and Grants Pass with easy access to Ashland and historical Jacksonville. Not to mention a possible tour of the Rogue Valley wineries and all the great areas Southern Oregon has to offer.

Always enjoy staying at the river house. It's proximity to all of southern Oregon is great and the house and grounds are well maintained. Our dog likes to be able to go outside and I like the fenced yard so he can be out on his own for a bit. Really like going to the antiques shops in Medford and Grants Pass and stopping to get cheese at the Rogue River Creamery.

This property is spot on! The host communication was excellent. House is just as described in listing. We spent every night relaxing on the deck listening to the peaceful river. The hot tub was a bonus to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Plenty of amenities to cook with if you so wish. The beds were comfy and the home was very clean. Thank you very much for a great stay in Oregon!

VRBO had extra fees

We loved the house and the hostess. I feel VRBO says price is final, but we ended up paying more for a dog even when it said dog friendly. Tell us the extra fee upfront at least and it wouldn’t have seem so shady. Most likely last time I will use this site. I have had good luck with other similar sites.

Quick Famiy Getaway

First impression: What a wonderful view! The river, the mountains, just right there from every window of the great room (and the queen bedroom). The interior is also quite lovely, with many natural wood and stone elements. Cozy and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and many thoughtful details. Comfortable sofas and chairs throughout. The beds are super comfy too! We needed to use the air mattress for everyone to have a bed, but it has a built in pump to inflate/deflate and expands to regular bed height (24"?). Our 21-year-old son slept well.The huge central kitchen served our family of seven well. Large table to seat everyone together, which made my mama heart happy.Our 19-year-old musician was delighted by the quality of the guitar in the bonus room! (Hers came later in a second vehicle, but she didn't have to wait after all!). The hot tub was wonderful for tired muscles after our hike up Lower Table Rock. (Incredible views and worth the effort, especially in early spring!)My only regret is that we could only stay for two nights because of our family's busy schedules. Blessed are the guests who get to stay longer!

Great place for a fall getaway!

We’ve stayed here three times and plan to stay here again. It’s perfect for launching the boat for a day on the Rogue River. The house is so comfortable and close to shopping in the Medford area. We love it here!

Fall in River House

This property is comfortably appointed, has a beautiful layout and provides gorgeous views of the Rogue River and surrounding mountains. Its close to shopping and recreation. The hosts are generous and accommodating and provide exceptional customer service. Our family will happily return as often as possible!

Enjoyable getaway

We have stayed at this property a number of times now, and each has been more relaxing than the last. The area is great for exploring different interests; wineries, antiques, food or just reading and hanging by the river. First time for our friends and they loved the house and property. Lovely home on the Rogue

We were 6 adults (3 couples) and stayed at Doug & Krysti’s place a few nights before a multi day rafting trip and loved it. The home is near the interstate, but we did not hear any noise from it (there is a train track across the river). It took under 2 hours for us to get to Crater Lake from the Vrbo. The home is spacious and well laid out. The rooms were quiet and had comfortable beds. The master bedroom did get a little warm as there’s only one small vent, but there were a few fans to help. Kitchen was well equipped and even had an air fryer. I would stay here again when in the area.

Comfortable family home

We had a great stay at the River House. The house was comfortably large for our family vacation (3 couples with dogs). The fenced in yard, with a nice grassy area, was great for lawn games and enjoying the view of the river. The easy river access included a little sandy beach and the water temperature was very perfect during the hot weather. The house was well equipped with the staples, a nice coffee bar area, plenty of dishes and utensils. We had everything we needed and more. It was great having two living room spaces. We used one for puzzles and the other for hanging out and watching movies. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The location of the house was super convenient for water activities in the Grants pass area as well as local. We enjoyed a day up at Willow Lake

National Park getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a week to explore 3 national parks. A great location if you are trying to do all 3 (still 1300 miles in a week to see them all). The hot tub is perfect for resting those tired hiking legs. The deck overlooking the river is wonderful. The house has everything you will need or want! We would definitely stay here again!!

This home is very welcoming and comfortable for both older and younger family! Extremely well furnished and equipped - you can tell the hosts love this property. A nice getaway

We have stayed here a few times now and it's been a really nice getaway each time. The property mgr/owner(s) are easy to work with and get back to you quickly with answers to any questions. The property is central to so much in the southern part of the state you can find something to do or like us just relax and enjoy the river. Great fenced yard for our dog, loves exploring the whole property. Looking forward to staying again.

Get away from hot weather in Nevada
