"We loved the cottage and will be back! It was right next to all of the shops and The Britt was just down the road."

"We had a great stay at The River House! Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the house is tastefully furnished with all the essentials. It’s in a great location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, but still quiet and rural. Communication was great and check-in/check-out were easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again."

"From booking and first communication to last, the host was responsive and thoughtful. Upon arrival the accommodations were clean and well represented as photographs showed with a fresh baked snack on the table. The property is inviting, clean and well maintained. A family of deer shared the early mornings with us and a flock of Tom turkeys showed up in the yard for a mid morning snack. Will definitely be staying again, when time allows."

"This house exceeded our expectations especially for the price. It is in a quaint quiet neighborhood with lots of charm. The house itself is beautifully maintained along with both the front and backyard. The rooms are all accessorized with super comfortable furniture and all of the amenities have been upgraded. Jonathan the host has put a lot of thought and care into this property and is super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone for any length of stay. If...

"This was a great property in the center of townVery quiet at night."

"The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned."

"The host communicated with me from day 1 and provided clear checkin instructions. From the moment we stepped through the front door we know we made the best decision to stay here. Everything we needed was available and we felt at home. This location is at the top of our list for our next visit to Jacksonville. Thank you for the amazing experience!"
