Casas de Férias em Gold Coast, CT

"The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit."

"We had just a short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised. It is a great quiet neighborhood feel and comfortable home for our family and pets. Would highly recommend."

"The property is well kept and the house decorated beautifully. We didn’t get to enjoy the adorable fire pit and barbecue as it rained most of our stay. The coffee bar was well stocked and a delightful welcome as we did not have time to shop prior to our arrival. Our family immensely enjoyed our time together. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Claudia responds to messages immediately."

"The house is very clean and spacious! Great location for what my party needed. The host is incredibly responsive and very helpful. Overall this was a fantastic stay and would recommend. "

"We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement. The constant, late...

"The host was very responsive, the house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the 4 bedrooms with king-size beds were perfect for our family group. I loved the breakfast nook. The basketball arcade-type game had no batteries to make it work, but we made it work, throwing down buckets against a 30-second timer on my phone. The house was around the corner from where I lived as a child, so it was perfect for our purposes."

"Amazing location on a serene lake, we enjoyed kayaking and beautiful surroundings. Hosts were very attentive. Place is roomy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you George and Sadha"

"Property was exactly what we needed for our stay"

"We had a wonderful stay."

"Great location - very spacious and strong AC! host was very communicative and easy to deal with."

"The property was amazing. The house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. Plenty of space yet still cozy. Host was very communicative and gracious, had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back!"

"House had lots of space and was clean. Two of the kitchen cabinets were broken and the frying pans were dirty but the kitchen had decent amount of spices and cooking utensils. The steps to the upper and lower levels are very steep and slippery (tough for the dog!) and would recommend putting a carpet runner or pads (the railing going downstairs was coming off the wall at the top). The two queen beds in the room downstairs were facing sideways since the room was so narrow. There wasn't a pack n...

"I honestly can’t say enough good things about this experience. The Hosts made everything about the process simple. Very friendly and accommodating, and responded quickly and clearly with answers to any questions we had. The property lived up to and surpassed our expectations. Wonderful experience all the way around."

"Definitely as advertised. Host very helpful. Expensive given the tiredness of the house."
