"The property is clean inside, everything you need for a short stay , they have it. Big parking . There are few deer and wild turkey which is fun to watch. Outside grass are kind messy and tall , I’m not sure it’s for the deer to enjoy to eat but I hope they will start to mow because it’s started to crawl by the outside wall. "Several of us thought the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Things like salt and pepper and cooking spray were not there. We tried baking some stuff and the ovens did not work properly. You could not get the kitchen sink in one of the units to make hot water. Overall, the place worked great. There was just a few things that could have made it substantially better."

"Our stay in Brookings was perfect! Patrick was easy to contact, and a genuinely nice person. The property was absolutely stunning. Our room, Suite A, was clean and stocked with everything we needed including things we didn't even think of! The room was quiet and the bed was soft. The location was what blew us away. We walked down to the beach as soon as the sun came up and it was incredible! We would absolutely be staying here again the next time we find ourselves in the area:). Thank you...
