"Even with a facelift underway in the lobby, which is probably complete by now, the staff was friendly, efficient, and kept things clean and orderly. The room was superb, and the things I needed were within a quick drive of the hotel. (Parking was no problem). Highly recommended! Thank you for the great stay. "

"A questao foi que chegando no hotel mesmo com o papel da reserva do hoteis.com , eles nao achavam minha reserva. Ela pedia id e eu so tinha numero de confirmaçao da hoteis.com que aparece no papel. Diante da nossa dificuldade de falar ingles foi um desconforto pq demorou muito a achar. Mostrei o email de vcs com a confirmaçao, o papel imprimido e o nome que estava a reserva e nada adiantou. Ela queria id. muito chato. Quanto a limpeza do quarto ficamos quatro dias e a limpeza so limpou o quarto...

Apesar da distância do Porto parecer ser um problema, torna-se uma interessante caminhada para usufruir da arquitetura dessa deliciosa cidade. Apesar de existir muitos moradores de rua na região, assim como toda cidade, não representam perigo."

"Loved the design of the property and the little details like the “shop this room” and the white noise machine! Lovely room setup so cute and also very sustainable, such a well curated aesthetic! One thing is the toilet hanger kept falling which was a little inconvenient, and I couldn’t find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper, but other than that I loved our stay and the cafe!!"

"Hotel com excelente localização a 5 minutos de ônibus da Penn Station ou 15 minutos caminhando. Amei o estilo do quarto, a decoração e o conforto. Tinham várias opções de restaurantes nas proximidades e mercados. Atendimento da equipe muito bom."

"If your into clean new and nice this is your place - and the bed is also fantastic- if your a coffee lover , they do a morning coffee at the bar and they charge- so NO free breakfast but a nice cup of joe is available- I would always GO BACK it was just so very clean and nice "
