"I was visiting Hyde Park while awaiting the birth of my granddaughter. I stayed for 5 weeks and had friends/family visit a couple times. I found the house very comfortable and very well stocked. Large dining table and plenty of plates and glasses etc for a large family. The front porch was a great place to sit and read or hang out with family. The location was perfect for me with easy access to restaurants, food shopping and Stowe. Having Two Sons Bakehouse within walking distance was a nice...

"We had a great stay!! The view from the house was awesome. We rented kayaks one day from Clyde River Rec and spent the day on the lake. We also hiked to the summit of Mt. Pisgah. All very close by. There is basically no service in the area and wifi is unreliable but we totally enjoyed being off the grid! The Gap restaurant was close by and good. Mostly picked up food from local farm stands though. Overall great stay and owner was responsive!! "

It kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with all the essentials and our kids really enjoyed all the board games that were in the house. "This property was simply amazing - the location was easy to stowe, remote enough to feel Vermonty, but not too rural at all. The inside of the home was SO clean and well decorated. Cozy, large and well laid out. Beds are very comfy and great linens. We did not want to leave :) Kitchen was well stocked and they use natural/fragrance free products which was huge for me! The house is much larger and spacious than pictures showed. "
