Keepers Lodge is a collection of beautiful properties with stunning views in their own private setting. The three properties combined sleep 14+2 guests, in seven beautiful bedrooms, with the +2 option being a single sofa bed and single trundle bed, with five bathrooms. This is an exceptional group of properties, offering an incredible experience for friends and family. Comprised of the main house, annexe and converted stable, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the multitude of activities on site. Each property is tastefully decorated with lavish furnishings in a mixture of country and contemporary styles. Within the grounds, enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, a pool house, a hot tub, multiple outdoor games and an enchanting woodland to explore. The maximum occupancy for this property is 15 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 6 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Although Keepers Stable is laid out over a single storey, there is a step into the property
Keepers Annexe is accessed via steep external stairs
Please note that there is a swimming pool and pond, so children, infants, pets and those that cannot swim must be supervised when outside at all times
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Events are not permitted without prior consent

The trundle bed is only suitable for a child under 12 years old
Keepers Annexe is located above the owner's garage (there are times of the year when this will be in use, however efforts have been taken to minimise noise)

Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted (there is an EV charger at Brockworth Garage)
The zip wire and campfire area can be used by guests, however, please note that this is at your own risk and that children should always be supervised by adults
There are Ring cameras in the courtyard, and on the property entrances, however, these do not look into the windows, hot tub nor swimming pool
