"When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

"The room was upstairs with no elevator so people with mobility conditions might want to reconsider. The room was cozy and bright. The bathroom was small but updated. The fridge in the hallway had water, soda and other non-alcoholic drinks. Very nice."

"Perfectly located near the tri-state border, this was a great place to stay while exploring the Delaware River Gap and visiting nearby restaurants and breweries. Owners were helpful and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Would stay again in the area."

"We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed.
