"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"Unlike other chains, Parking and Breakfast are still included in the room rate. A+ for that. Breakfast bar had eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffle makers along with the other cold food and fruit items. Staff was friendly. Far enough from airport that jet noise is hardly noticable. Room on the side (with view of Mt. Hood) had no street noise. Room fridge was even quite, but had no freezer section. "

We had to cut out stay short because it was so uncomfortable overall. Had to ask to change rooms after checking in because of an unpleasant odor in the assigned room. "

"I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. "

"The place is actually alright, it’s cheap so you get what you’re paying for. Air conditioner and the bed were very clean, however, the floor was greasy, and the place didn’t smell very good, probably because of the grease or maybe other guests"

"No elevator. Hallways are dirty. There’s one time I saw someone peed in the hallway and it took a long time to clean it. The bed is loud like it’s not well built. But the mattress is good. The pillows, I know it’s made of foam but foams from scratch like they just crumpled it together to fit in the pillow cases. The TV screen is broken. The staffs are friendly but cleanliness, location and other things are not recommendable to other guests."

"Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

"This property was clean and close to the airport. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you to and from the airport. It was right near a train as well that can help you get downtown. Their continental breakfast was also really delicious and their coffee was also delicious. Would definitely stay here again."
