"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very comfortable and convenient to Inlet and several hikes. "

"Very quant, heart shaped firepit, and wonderful view of the hills in the backyard. House was clean and very cozy living space. Beds were comfortable. Someone had a dog in the house found dog bed, and dog hair under bed. Ceiling fan kept blowing the hair around. (Owners must not be aware) After the first 24 hours I cleaned and dusted the floors and furniture, which resolved the dog hair problem. Very nice place, well stocked, very spacious. Would stay again. LOVED THE HOUSE. 5 star rating. "

"It was a wonderful week! The location and cabin are beautiful and close to town. The yard is a large flat area…great for play area and bonfire. There is no AC, but there is a ceiling fan in each bedroom and the main room. Would definitely recommend it and we would stay there again if we were back in the area."

"We were a group of women from 3 different places in NY that came together to participate in One Square Mile of Hope - and this home was perfect for our stay together. Everything about it was perfect and the communication process with Mike was seamless. He checked in on us often to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied and went above and beyond as a host. We will be returning here in the future!"

"We loved the house but for 5 people and 1 infant it was a bit cramped. There isn’t a whole lot of seating together for all of us in one room. We booked in July so it was hot and the fans weren’t quite able to cut the heat. There was some trash/ items left from previous people as well. However, the proximity to the private lake as well as old forge was amazing! Definitely recommend this place!"

"This property is absolutely fabulous !!! Description and photos are spot-on.....Beautifully maintained and a huge house for the whole family to spread out. The 3rd floor game room took this property over the top !! I would highly recommedn this property to any large family looking to spend time at Old Forge ."
