"I couldn't have asked for a better getaway weekend at this place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We sat by the brook, we made a fire, soaked in the Jacuzzi, and slow danced on the deck under the lights The host was very kind and welcoming and the attention to detail was much appreciated. The added bathroom was a bonus. We will definitely be back!"

"The person at check in was so warm and friendly! Our cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the views and the horses were an added bonus! If you’re planning a trip I strongly recommend here! Don’t worry about the temperature, the gas fireplace about ran us out (you can turn it on and off). Plan on staying here again! "

"Home is great. A bit of a challenge to reach due to part of the Blue Ridge Parkway being closed due to Helene. Went with the notion of being a wedding anniversary and near a dark sky site. Excellent in terms of privacy and relative darkness. Spouse is 5'2" and had a lot of trouble entering and exiting the hot tub. The mini split ACs are very effective, although it was challenging to understand they all have to be set to AC or heat to work. I'm technically inclined, so this did not pose an issue...

The house is very cute & located in a beautiful neighborhood just a couple miles from many of the trails in Linville Gorge. Everything was clean & well ordered and the check-in/check-out process was straightforward. Highly recommend!"

"This was a great cozy cabin in the woods! We used the fire pit at night and the kitchen for a couple meals. We didn't get to see the local bear but the place was great. The road leading to the house is tight so I wouldn't recommend bringing a big trailer but our sprinter made it no problem and a short trailer wouldn't be a problem either.When we were leaving we met the host and she was very nice too. We would gladly come back."

"The whole stay was so relaxing and the cabin was so beautiful. Perfect for what we had in mind. It had everything we needed. We just had to bring ourselves and food. The cabin was very clean.
