"We rented this place for some friends that were visiting from out of town. The location is convenient to MTSU and the Square but not as close to the interstate, if you're planning to travel back and forth to Nashville during your stay. "I booked this property for a girl’s weekend trip to the local Renaissance Faire, and it was perfect for our little group! The listing says there are several double sofa beds on the property, but we couldn’t figure them out and one person slept on the sofa as it was. She still said it was wonderfully comfortable and she’d want to sleep on that sofa again if we made the same trip in the future. The water temperature and pressure in the bathrooms was perfect even with five people showering an day....
