Enkele mogelijke kleine verbeterpuntjes: 1. airconditioning boven (1 toestel in de gang boven kan al veel wonderen doen bij hitte dagen).2. In de badkamer een thermostaatkraan ipv 2 aparte draaiknoppen zou het voor kinderen veel gemakkelijker maken. Ook het dopje van het bad is aan vernieuwing toe (water loopt bijna niet weg). "Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Objekt leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. “Mängel” wurden innerhalb einer Stunde beseitigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super. Die checkin Zeit ist leider erst um 17 Uhr. Der eigentümer wohnt unten drunter, kriegt man aber nicht viel von mit aber er ist nett. Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich gut eingerichtet aber das nötigste vorhanden. Von den Treppen zum Haus und zum Pool sollte man aufjedenfall noch Bilder mit in das Inserat...
