The golden beaches of Costa Brava are only 15 min away from the house and the famous city of Barcelona is 40 min drive. Mas Sant Jordi will give you the opportunity to gather with your entire family or bunch of friends and spend an amazing holiday together near Barcelona and the Costa Brava region.



This Villa for large groups is settled in a private and enclosed estate of 7,000m2 which is surrounded with cultivated fields of cereals and forests also belonging to the property (about 20 hectares). The wind blowing through the trees, the song of the birds and the smell of a fresh mowed grass will make you feel in a perfect osmosis with the nature and yourself.



The villa has been entirely renovated and decorated by the owners of the group Masies Serra Magra who are specialized in holiday rentals in the Costa Brava Barcelona region. You will enjoy a traditional Catalan house (masia) with the typical big vault and large exposed beams in every room.



The main house, with a living area of 880m2, is divided into 2 floors.

On the ground floor when going into the front door of the south façade, close to the pool area, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 separate bathrooms, 1 amazing vaulted dining room for up to 40 people and 2 fully equipped kitchens. When going into the front door of the east façade you will find a cosy hall with typical exposed beams and 1 playroom for kids with many toys and books. On the first floor there are 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms as well as 1 cosy sitting room.



The Villa Mas Sant Jordi also has a huge private pool of 8x14m (one side of the pool is suitable for kids) surrounded by an anti slippery deck of 100m2, perfect to cool off during the hot days and refine your tan on the sun loungers while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Catalan landscape. Close to the bathing area there is a big conservatory with summer kitchen and BBQ overlooking the amazing farmland and forests, perfect for a breakfast looking at the sunrise.



The big lawn walkway between the main house and the green hill bordering the enclosed grounds is ideal for some exciting football – or volleyball matches among youngsters or adults!

SECURITY DEPOSIT

-In the event the majority of guests age will be between 18 and 35 years old, or the final number of guests will be over 30 the security deposit will be increased by 50%



PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATIONS

Up to 90 days before the arrival: Guests lose 90 % of the deposits.
From 91 to 120 days before the arrival : Guests lose 85 %.
Before 120 days : Guests lose 75 %.
