"Had a great time at the cottage. Lake Hawkins is a beautiful getaway. We caught plenty of fish and made lots of memories with our 2 year old grandbaby. The dock and fire pit were our favorites. Red Rooster Ice house is definitely a must out to eat option. We loved it. "

From the moment we pulled in, we felt right at home.The cabin is impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed. The living spaces are bright, cozy, and have a true “lake retreat” vibe. We loved the comfortable seating and the big windows that let the lake view in all day. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed for our group—ample counter...

"The house is amazing, and the host communicated well and every question or issue was resolved! I look forward to staying there again!"

"The host was extremely communicative and the house had well-thought out amenities, including coconut waters for us on arrival and various little treats like undereye masks. The floorplan had a good amount of space. But the house itself needs some repair, including the foundation which is sinking in one corner and cracked the tile flooring in the middle room, and one toilet which had to be flushed from inside the tank. The host said he was working to resolve this. We didn’t have any major issues...
