"Very nice stay with comfortable beds and clean rooms!! Only thing is there is not enough towels or amenities if more than two people. We booked a couple of rooms. One was for 3 people but we only got 1 bed and 2 towels. It could of been a mistake on my own end too but then the Cottage we booked for sleeping 6 people was super nice but only had 3 towels and there is no front desk to ask for more. Overall nice place and the Cottage was very roomy!!"

"We stayed at the Erwin cabin, the cabin has a nice cozy feel and the amenities are wonderful, the cabin was nice and clean and it loved that firewood was available, communication with staff was easy and friendly they gave us lots of helpful information. Overall made for a very nice glamping trip. I would highly recommend going! "

"All was nice however, TV did not work. A new TV was installed and we couldn’t get it to work either. We gave up. We couldn’t let them know when we check out as the office staff did not come in until 8 and we left before that. Other than that all was great "

"The room was clean, staff ok but the $40 I spent on a long bath was horrible. Staff was loud and sprayed me while cleaning the tub next door. There was a problem client that was in and out of her tub due to heat. She should have left. I have been many times prior without a bad experience. This was definitely a bad experience. Don’t know that I will ever return."

"Checked in late and off season. Even though there's no gate guards the entrance was still available to allow visitors for Mount Rainier and checks ins to pass. Showers and bathrooms are communal. There's obviously no reception there. The breakfast staff were really kind and the meals were delicious!"

"Stayed in the cabin, quiet, staff are friendly specially Chris who is very hospitable. Offered us to feed the fish which was so exciting. The hotel is very near to the national park."

"As always, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. It was originally built by the railroad in the early 1900s to house railroad employees, and recently was very tastefully remodeled and updated. The staff are kind and helpful, the food is good, and they have a nice selection of beer and wine. They do have a single refrigerator for guests in the lobby, but it's small and if the hotel is busy it might be insufficient. I personally would like to see the same size refrigerator in each room, but...
