"Resort tem tudo que um 4 estrelas exige. Conforto e limpeza em destaque. Café um pouco aquém do que esperava. Arquitetura do lugar impressiona. "

"O café é bom, o lugar é legal, mas é afastado do centrinho"

"Great place to stay. There was an accident in the area so the electricity gone out but the staffs were really helpful."

"O quarto é grande e a cama é confortável ! Muito boa a acomodação!"

"Excellent location surrounded by nature (lotus pond and backdrop mountains). Charming country farm construction and decor. Small staff was friendly and helpful, but dinner was slow with limited choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh...

"I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave...

"It’s a newer resort and much of the staff are local and still in training. it’s important to be kind and understanding about where you are. all the staff work very hard and continue to learn. I highly recommend this lovely spot to stay while exploring the incredible temples, pagodas and historical area."

"Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). Ate dinner onsite and chef prepared a meal that rivals anything nearby. Location in Trang An can’t be beat in the midst of all manor attractions and dining ATM and...

"Great stay here - fantastic for the price paid"

"Super nettes Familiengeführtes Hotel. Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Sehr ruhig, aber der Service ist genau nach Kundenwunsch. Ein Gruß an die Betreiber: Weiter so!"

"Big, clean room, we can ask for more drinking water if we need. Very nice staffs. Water bottles as gifts when we check out. Thank you. Very good and variety breakfast. Big, nice swimming pools. Very nice view on rooftop floor with nice, big swimming pool & bar."

"Miss was very helpful"

"Jasmine is a wonderful person, she has a very big heart. If you need anything at all she makes sure you feel heard and has made me feel very welcome. I like to try different restaurants but she's such a good cook I mostly eat here. The ac in the rooms work great even on a 110 degree day. The pool is well maintained and she also has a very fair price for laundry service. If I could live here with her family I would."
