"No value for money. The small terraced yard is not secure, it needs to be accessed via a back bedroom which entails flights of stairs to enter. Not suitable for pets or children, it is actually a hazard as has discarded chairs, gates and general refuse in plain sight, awful. Stairs at every level, not suitable for toddlers or elderly. Air conditioning non operational. Windows very difficult to open and rusted (need to climb on kitchen bench to open one) Front door non operational, needed to...

"The property had its own pet dog, which my son got to go and have pats with! We didn't have our own pets there so not applicable from our end. We only used the upstairs area of the house so can't comment on overall facilities. Pool did look nice for a dip if it was summer though!"

We had a problem with the gas which was fixed immediately We didnt realise there was so many stairs within the house. We coped ok with all the stairs but it would be a big problem for anybody with mobility problems"
