"So many things wrong. Mold in bathroom, hair on sheets, dirty moldy dishes in dishwasher. Have to climb 4-5 flights of stairs bc on 3rd floor. I get no elevator But try hauling suitcases and then golf clubs up 5 flights everyday. No AC for us (apparently she didn’t know it wasn’t working) smart thermostats notify when disconnected and no screen ventilation. Cleaning standards are poor even if it had been cleaned. Dusty and fingerprints. Host had cleaning lady bring new sheets when I sent...

"Sheets were dirty,seen couple of roaches,didn’t have sufficient cookware. Bed was terrible because of big dip in middle of mattress. Couldn’t use oven because wasn’t any pans or pots to cook with only two small pots and two small frying pan, one big frying pan, plus oven door wouldn’t stay closed. So was no need to cook in the oven. WiFi was terrible. Wall sockets in big bedroom didn’t work where the lamps were. Only top half of the socket work. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not knowing what pool...

"I would have given it 5 stars but the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The trim in the light switches were dirty, could have taken a toothpick and removed the dirt. I could tell that there was a water leak in above the shower, there was some sand on the floor as if the floors had not been swept good. The beds sleep comfortably. Overall, I would return to stay again if I had to. Not beachfront but we could see the ocean from the balcony."

"It was a great location for attractions and the beaches. The condo was clean and very well appointed. The elevator was very convenient. The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed the balcony with a great view of the golf course. We hope to stay again in the future!"

"The owner asked us to cancel our reservation 30 days before arrival which was very stressful. After I contacted VRBO our reservation was not altered (still, it was worrisome). The view was great and an easy walk to the beach. The building was quiet and in awesome location. As other reviewers have stated, the condo needs a lot of TLC. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay overall. "
