"This is an amazing property in every aspect. The cabin is adorable and very well appointed. The location is excellent for hiking, Red Rocks, or just general exploring. What makes this property stand out even more are the hosts. Quick responses, accommodating, they loaned us seats for Red Rocks and even messaged us at one point to let us know there was an elk grazing in the yard. We will be back!"

She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

Hot tub was so fun to enjoy while it snowed on us as we watched the NBA playoffs on the TV though the window! Thoughtful touches (high-end shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc.) Enhanced our Breck experience! "
