"Me and my wife were very pleased with such a layout of a comfortable cozy studio apartment very clean located in the right area of ocean Blvd for us. "Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."

"The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. All that said, it was still comfortable, and we had a great time! I do think...

"Check in was difficult and inconvient. Room was dirty, in poor repair, poor lighting (no light in bathroom sink area, only one rickety lamp in living room."

"Condo was on the beach. and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet area. We walked to the convention center in about 12 minutes. Would stay again."
