"For being posted as a 100% smoke free environment, the elevator smelled of smoke, and when getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor you got accosted by the smell of pot. Long term stay tenants sat right outside the rear door smoking so you couldn't get away from it. The cleaning crew tried to adjust by using too much cleaner making the floors sticky"

"The computer system was down with the Internet nor the phones working so we had to stand and wait for over an hour before we could even attempt to check in. There was a long line of people waiting, who had been there before us or before we arrived. But the facility is wonderful and the young lady at the front desk was phenomenal. "New hotel that was more like a small apartment small kitchen space with everything you need to cook, washer and dryer in the bathroom layout was perfect. Well lit and very comfortable. Staff were fabulous. There’s also a market with a bunch of food and it’s not just snacks. It actually has things like eggs and bacon you can buy. There are restaurants within walking distance. "Staff was great. Shower leaked (bad seal) and staff offered to send maintenance, but I said wait until we checked out. I did have to kill a couple yucky bugs in the room. Kind of a hipster vibe. "

"The staff were very helpful and polite, especially the breakfast staff. The room was big, clean and spacious for our family of four adults. The bathroom had towels for only two people, and an empty body wash bottle, which we requested for at the front desk, together with the beddings for the two other members of our party. We did not have any maintenance come to the room, so we had a buildup of trash and recycling. The breakfast menu was okay however not a lot of healthy options. I would have...
