The house is located in February Point, a gated upscale community with amenities such as tennis courts, private beaches, infinity pools, beach side restaurant, spa, fitness center, and a private marina; all at about 2 minutes walking from the house. It is the perfect place for couples and families looking to relax in a place filled with natural beauty and unpretentious ambiance.
Ariskey was designed to highlight the views of turquoise waters from every room. It has 2,400 sq. ft. open plan and features a deck and gazebo overlooking Elizabeth Harbor. It has been tastefully yet comfortably decorated, it is fully tiled, and there are ceiling fans in every room along with central air conditioning.
The ground floor comprises the entrance hall, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and half bath. The living room has two sofas, two chairs, and two garden stools; stunning ocean views, and French doors that lead out into to the garden deck and gazebo. It has a flat screen Smart TV. The dining room table seats 6 to 8. The kitchen has all the appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge and oven range. It has a breakfast bar with 2 barstools for additional seating. It is fully stocked with all of the cookware, place settings and everything you’ll need to cook and entertain. There is also a dining table that sits four and grill in the terrace for al fresco dining. The laundry room has a tower washer and dryer.
The upper floor is complete with 3 bedrooms and a veranda. The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, and a day bed, French doors leading onto the veranda with amazing water views. It has a full en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and opens through French doors onto the veranda, also with beautiful water views. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and shares a full sized bathroom.
The outdoor living space features chaise lounges and deck chairs in the private deck and gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the harbor views, take a dip in the crystal waters, have an alfresco dinner in the outside dinner table, or simply enjoy the millions of stars and shooting stars in the night sky.
Great Exuma is known for having the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas, so exploring is a must. There are many choices to do so, like renting kayaks, paddle boards, and Boston Whalers, charting a local boat and captain, or taking water taxis; all about a mile away in George Town where you can also find groceries stores , banks, ATMS, bars, restaurants and local shops.
