The entrancing views from the front porch will not disappoint even the most discerning traveler. With the ever-changing colors of the water, the gentle lapping of the water just steps from your front door, and the occasional rainbow stretching across the sky, Bella Vista certainly earns her name.

We have enjoyed 6 years of hosting and have been blessed with a loyal family of guests since the beginning. Bella Vista's popularity has grown thanks to our guests and the wonderful comments made about their experience. If your dates are not available, please check out our sister property; Bella Vista Breeze, which is just 3 doors down!! We want everyone to enjoy the wonders of Exuma. With 2 properties of our own and our network of friends within the resort offering a wide array of other villas to choose from, we can certainly find the perfect accommodations for you, your family, extended family, and all of your friends. We welcome both short and long term rentals. For rentals over 2 weeks in length, we will hold a $500 security deposit that will be returned within one week of the end of your rental.

Bella Vista is thrilled to be part of the Guest Services Program at The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club. Being a part of this program is what separates Bella Vista from some other properties. Our guests have complete access to the Pool, Fitness Center, all Watersports, Shuttle service into George Town, the brand new Hospitality Suite, and the concierge services of the front desk. Not all properties are the same, underpriced properties do not give you access to anything the resort has to offer. Be sure to ask all hosts in The Hideaways at the Palm Bay Beach Club if their guests have complete access to the amenities. If you are going to stay in a resort, you should enjoy the resort!

We believe your vacation begins the moment you begin planning. We are here to help as much or as little as you'd like. We have made all the mistakes and we have discovered all the hidden gems throughout the island. We welcome the opportunity to share what we have learned and connect our guests to our friends on the island. We are not satisfied until our guests fall in love with Exuma!

The large (almost 700 Sq Ft) unit provides ample space for up to 4 people with a King-sized Master bed, a queen-size Murphy Bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and our comfy lounge chairs to soak up the sunrise each morning. Thanks to a network of friends within the resort, if you are traveling with an extended family, we can also help find other accommodations for the rest of your party. Just feel free to ask us to help.

Palm Bay Beach Club is perfectly located right between Jolly Hall Beach and The Famous Fish Fry; all within walking distance of the unit. Convenience abounds for all guests with an on-sight restaurant - "Splash" and Rental Car facilities located right across the street.
