"This property was a scam. Got there and the person that answered the door said they don’t rent rooms. There was a pad lock on the door for entry never received check in info. Please do not pay your money here👎👎👎❌❌❌"

"Was as described. Host was very hospitable."

"Nice clean home. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host stays in contact and is easy to reach. I will book again. No complaints at all. "

"Nice location and loved having space for a family stay. However the tv in living rooms did not work, and the fridge/freezer was not working either. Some towels were a bit dirty"

"Great property. We enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed staying at the property. It was a convenient in the middle of everything and a quiet neighborhood. Very roomy and very clean."

"Was unable to watch any of the TVs. Host was unable to assist. ADT alarm announced garage door motion detected every 5 mins or so. Host was unwilling to correct error. The host's primary concern was how many guests would be staying at the property. "Very move comfortable stay. We appreciated it very much. Would definitely recommend"

"Overall a nice place in a pleasant neighborhood."

"This was a work trip as we had and evening Katy, TX. This was a very convenient location for us, the house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The communication was appropriate and it was equipped with everything that we needed and that was listed."

"Communication was timely and good. when I had trouble unlocking the door the first time my email was answered with in Minutes. By the way the problem with the lock was me not the lock. This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. spacious and comfortable. if you wanted to nitpick there are some cosmetic blemishes here and there, But NOTHING that detracts from the cleanliness, safety or functionality of the house. I will stay here again if the need arises. "

"I feel the property was misrepresented to a point. This house would be a great rental property if it had some TLC. The front door is molded on the outside and it doesn’t seal properly in the frame so we battled bugs the entire time. The wood look floor is in really bad shape and needs to be replaced. However, the neighbors were really nice and answered questions and Paola always responded to my text questions. Being on a corner lot didn’t help because of the noise and people racing up and down...
