When I arrived I was just handed keys and thats it, I had to ask for the breakfast,wifi,everything else. Rooms were nothing like the picture &restroom has 0 water pressure. Never again

水周り良くない
シャワーの水圧が低すぎなのと、断水が続いたのが評価をさげてます。 朝朝食時に断水を伝え、水が戻ったと思ったのにまた断水、良く分からないけど元栓が閉まっていたと？ 従業員は、良いけど水周り良くないです

Booked a 1 night stay at this hotel, staff were friendly. We booked 1 family room and 1 double room. Room has basic necessities. Each room includes 2 free breakfast. Quiet and safe environment.

Kein tolles Hotel...
Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen aber da die meisten Gäste "Einheimsche" sind ist das Hotel ziemlich läuternd unruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und Service ist sehr beschränkt. Man muss drum bitten damit das Zimmer gereinigt wird.

just a place to sleep
my stay was a staging area for my onward trip to Tboli and Lake Holon. Staff was so helpful. i made a mistake with my reservation. They adjusted it without penalty. i dont have enough time to explore the locality of the hotel. just be careful if you new to Gensan - there are several Microtel or Microhotel.

Conveniently located despite not being downtown. Responsive staff. Reasonably priced meals from restaurant. Disappointing was most tuna items in their menu were not available-- ironic given that they're in the tuna capital!

Great Place to Stay
Overall I was very impressed with this hotel and I would like to stay there again on my next visit. The prices were reasonable and we got our money's worth. The food was good for the price and the service excellent. The only downside was that they didn't take credit cards when we went to settle the bill before leaving and had to pay cash. (I think that was stated in the posting) That would be my only suggestion for improvement.

We were welcome by 3 lovely ladies with all smiles . They were helpful in getting us a rental car and massage therapist that was not available in their regular place and she source from others in order for us to get a good massage

a good value for what I paid.. )))
the staff was great friendly and helpful. When I travel I am usually looking for a place to sleep and that is all. Other amenities are not of much interest. Ok location, rooms and some wear. Not a 4 star hotel but for the value I was happy.

The best budget hotel in town! I love RSG..
I really loved the location. its not along a highway but when you reached the place, its awesome! it has peace and quiet, not crowded, not noisy..perfect place to relax and be comfortable. the rooms are big and very clean!. sheets and towels are also very clean. the blanket is good. the bed is very comfy. hot & cold shower is good..room is very cozy. i also love the view n the verandas and oh..oh..the roofdecks' view was awesome..you can see the gensans' beautiful city.the staff were very courteous and very accommodating in anyway.they have short orders at the cafe...the food was superb! simple yet very yummy!.we got the chance to use their kitchen free of charge! parking area is very wide.very budgetwise..very competitive..i will surelly recommend this to my friends and relatives..Got to be back soon..

Comfortable New Hotel
It is a comfortable hotel. However not all rooms have a hot n cold shower. Our room does not have a hot shower. The air con in rooms works properly but they don't have a comforter or blanket that will keep you warm in the night. Need to turn off the air con when it gets cold. The rooms does not have a refrigerator so if u need a ref you can ask the staff to keep your medicines n food in their refrigerator. The staff were friendly n helpful.

Distance away from d mall, restaurant & banks
Personnel are awesome, the area iis not in d main road, it needs pavement of d street goin to the hotel, & room is very small.

New and worth a try
If I ever had the smallest of complaint, it's the location (a bit far from the city center and the malls, but with Google Maps and despite on commute, I had no trouble finding the hotel), but this is more than compensated by a string of other good things about this hotel: check-in/check-out is a breeze, rooms are spacious and clean, working hot/cold shower, clean sheets, strong wi-fi, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to SM Savemore and a 24/7 convenience store is just nearby. Complimentary breakfast is good. Combo meals that can go from 88 pesos to 148 pesos, canned soda and juices and beer -- all at very reasonable prices -- can be ordered at their bar and cafe. I saw that they have a souvenir shop, shuttle service, massage, laundry services. Very ideal for staycation. Overall, I give this new hotel in Gensan 5/5 for service. I never knew hotel owners and staff could be this hospitable. This review is for my second stay already. Will I stay here again? Definitely yes. Tip: Have your breakfast or dinner al fresco on the rooftop.

hotel has very accommodating and friendly staff
the hotel is near the downtown area yet very near to nature also. the neighborhood has plenty of trees that makes it more relaxing. i recommend staying on the upper floors. my family especially my two children enjoyed a lot. they usually have a hard time sleeping in other places away from our home but in this hotel they had a very good sleep. the most memorable is their staffs friendliness and courtesy. truly, a very filipino hospitality. thank you rsg microhotel. we will chose you again in our next visits in gensan.
