"Very clean and accurate description. We really enjoyed our stay. The train station is a 15 to 20 min walk and takes you to Central Rome station in less than 30 min. Host was excellent in communication and the property was clean and beautiful. All necessities were provided and even some more. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you :) "

"We had a wonderful time staying at Alfonso’s beautiful villa. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool was superb with a lovely seating area all day and evening. The football pitch/tennis area was brilliant and gave us many hours of enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to the town and its bars and restaurants and plenty of areas to explore for long runs!The location was superb and we took advantage of the main line train station 20 minutes drive away which took us in to Rome...

"Wir waren 2 Wochen mit Kindern und Grosskindern in diesem Haus mit herrlichem Umschwung. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 18 Personen. Es ist wunderbar mit Gegenständen aus der Bauzeit (über 100 Jahre) eingerichtet, die Küchengeräte (auch genügend Geschirr und Besteck) und die Betten sind aber aus der Neuzeit. Das Ganze hätte eine Renovation nötig, ist aber funktionstüchtig. Der Park mit den alten grossen Bäumen ist herrlich und kühlt. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gross, es hat auch genügend...

Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Sermoneta; the town itself is a magical combination of winding cobblestone streets and alleyways, beautiful 12th-15th century houses and churches and topped off with a magnificent castle!Communication throughout was prompt and very helpful.
