"The room was big and comfy, plenty of space for a family with girls and all their stuff! The room was clean and I loved the way the room was set up, made it very easy with all the extras. All the amenities were amazing, my kids, big and tween, loved the water parks and all the extra the hotel offered. Would 100% stay here again in the future!!"

"Overall very nice resort. The restaurant buffet provided good quality food at a fair price. The pool and hot tub were very nice. However the pool and splash zone water was too cold, especially for young children. The nightly smores activity at the fire pit and story time was very nice. Our family suite was too small and felt very crowded. Additionally the HVAC system was noisy and didn’t control the temperature very well."

"Really nice hotel really nice price to offer here on Expedia. The room was really clean and convenient. It had a microwave and a mini fridge. To get a hold of a lot of stuff. And a beautiful view of downtown Gatlinburg with the balcony and then you go out back and you had a beautiful view of the trees and the mountains. We seen the biggest groundhog we’ve ever seen. A little dated but perfect for a stay."

"I had a nice view of the smoky mountains. It was a nice room with full-size kitchen. It was hard to get staff to bring clean towels and washcloths. Trash was over full at dumpster. We were given a room that was not wheelchair accessible, so you really need to like enforce to the Personnel that you need wheelchair accessible even after saying it make sure they really realize"

"Awesome stay at the 50s style caboose in Buffalo Creek! Immaculate inside! We enjoyed the farm and animals and our puppy did even more. We were allowed to check in early which maximized our adventure there. Would visit again in a heartbeat!"
