"Check in pouco amistoso, atendente de má vontade. Quarto não condizia com as fotos do site. Empoeirado, sujeira nos móveis. Quando questionado a respeito da limpeza, atendente não deu a devida importância. Ralo do banheira/chuveiro sem drenagem adequada, dificultando o banho. Após alguns embates, atendente veio passar pano e desempoeirar o quarto, já que “não havia possibilidade de troca de quarto”. No dia seguinte, ao tentar novamente falar na recepção, nos sugeriram fazer checkout pois o hotel...

"Late checkout was super helpful, and the hotel was better than expected. It is not really walkable from the main drag though. We thought we'd use the trolley, but instead we ended up driving down and parking. We found a central lot for $15, so it worked out fine. Pro tip, with the noon checkout, you have plenty of time to do Anakeesta when it opens at 9 and still make it back to pack up. "
