Beautiful townhouse located just minutes from all the Gatlinburg excitement.

Gatlinburg Village Townhouses are conveniently located just a short walk from all the Gatlinburg activities, dining, shopping and entertainment.
The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is just a quick drive past the Gatlinburg strip.
This newly renovated 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Condo has all the comforts of home.
Easy entry from the parking area the lower level provides a stacking washer and dryer for your convenience. You will also find a bedroom that offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a standing shower.
The main level welcomes you with cathedral ceilings in the living room/dining room, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen compete with granite counter tops, stone backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Step out onto the enclosed porch and take in the mountain views and Gatlinburg's Sky lift Park featuring the Sky Bridge. The master bedroom, also located on this level, features a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a whirlpool tub.
Up the spiral staircase to the partially enclosed loft, you will find a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
403 Baskins Creek is located off traffic light 6 in downtown Gatlinburg. It's a quick walk to downtown or hop on the trolley at the end of the drive. While exploring some of the attractions you will find include: Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Sky Lift Park, Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Restaurants include Ole Red, The Peddler Steak House, Pancake Pantry, Tennessee Jed's, Big Daddy's Pizza, and Crockett's Breakfast Camp just to name a few. Don't forget the endless amount of shopping you will find not only in Gatlinburg, but also in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Stop in the shops of Gatlinburg's 8-mile Arts and Craft loop full of galleries, studios, crafts and restaurants.
It's always fun to visit the Visitors Center for more information. You will learn of so many things to see and do you will start planning your next trip to the mountains.

Very nice accommodations and owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of linens and kitchen items provided. You could leave your car at the condo and just hop onto one of the many trolleys that were within about 2 blocks of your unit.

Close to the Parkway, can walk to trolley but its a little hike . The host and townhouse was great! Lots of room there are 2 sets of stairs. Bedrooms nicely decorated as was the living room area. The living room area and kitchen are on the second floor, well equipped and very relaxing area. We didn't cook there due to our busy agenda but there is plenty of room.

The place was very nice, nice parking. Very close to the strip. Listing said it had hot tub. There was no hot tub. Had some problems with combination to get in, owners was great to respond to email and help us out.

Had a great stay. The townhome was very clean and spacious and an easy walk to town so no need to drive each time you want to go to town. Parking for more than one car was available. The pool looked nice but we didn't get in as the weather was a little rainy while we were there.

We had 4 adults staying in this townhouse, and everyone was impressed with the cleanliness, layout, and location.The downstairs suite was perfect for a couple, with great privacy and a private bathroom. My adult daughter stayed on the main level in a spacious bedroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. I stayed upstairs in the partially enclosed bedroom—it was more private than I expected. While someone in the living room might see you enter the bathroom if they look up the spiral stairs, the sleeping area itself feels private and quiet.The screened-in porch off the living room was a lovely surprise and quickly became my favorite spot—peaceful and relaxing with a nice view.The walk to downtown Gatlinburg is scenic and safe, with a pleasant path along the creek and plenty of fellow walkers.A couple of things to keep in mind: there are multiple staircases, so this home may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. That said, most of Gatlinburg has similar challenges.Also—yes, there are bears! We saw one in the parking lot and three more on our walk. They didn’t bother us, and we gave them plenty of space. It’s part of the charm of staying in this beautiful mountain town.The hosts were super-communicative and nice!Thank you so much.

Walking distance to downtown at a great price!

This property was perfect for our three couples. It's easily walk-able but also has trolley access right at the entrance. This is the second unit in this complex that that we've stayed in, and they were both great. We only cooked one meal, but found the kitchen to be well stocked and all furniture was comfortable and in great condition. There was a glitch in messaging through VRBO, but the owners noticed right away and contacted us directly. Great property and great communication. We would definitely book again!

We had a stay of 3 nights at the property and we found it to be very nice and memorable. Everything as mentioned in the property was available to us and we didn't gave any issues. The townhouse was walking distance to the downtown area with plenty of room for our new grandbaby as well. We also liked that it was an end townhouse too. Thank you for a nice place to stay for our family’s first vacation as a party of six!

Perfect Location

The location is perfect—quiet area but within walking distance to everything on The Parkway. Property was clean. Just a few minor touches would make the property 5 stars. Replace pillows on upstairs bed, provide scrubbie for kitchen pots and pans, and consider replacing sofas. Overall a great property, and will definitely stay again.
