"Communication was fantastic. We stay in STR's all over Chalet Village and this one turned out to be one of our favorites. Want to see bears? We did every day (lock your car doors). Big beds, nice kitchen, clean and comfortable. We spent more time on the front porch than the back bc the bears come right down the driveway next door. Always had bear spray ready! We like that we didn't have to drive too far on those mountain roads to hit Ski Mountain Road either way we turned out of the street....

"We loved this neat and tidy pet friendly house within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The house is much larger than it looks and could accommodate multiple couples although it was just two of us and our dog. The kitchen is well equipped, comfortable bed, nice linens, large bathrooms with fluffy towels and nice toiletries. There is laundry upstairs and another tv and couch. There’s a hot tub but the weather was too hot to partake. There’s ample parking on a quiet street with a view of...

"Nice big house with full kitchen within walking distance to downtown. Pet friendly is a huge help. There is a fenced in patio for privacy with a hot tub which is great. House is well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Night time was very quiet. Didn't hear any noisy neighbors at all. Want to go back to visit again."
