Love, the fact that you can text and ask questions (waterpark hours, and prices) and get an immediate response. And also request housekeeping services. Room was spacious and equipped for everything we needed for a weeks stay. Would highly recommend this property."

"The a/c went out the second day we were there but we got ahold of the onsite housekeeper Leann and she was quick to call the owners, the a/c was fixed in less than 2 hours! We were VERY pleased with that! The cabin makes you feel like home and PLENTY of room to roam around. The only thing we didn’t care for is that it was too close to the road but other than that we’d stay again! "

"The location was great, just a few minutes to walk to the main strip! The cottage was very clean, and the AC was great after being out in the heat all day. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had. We even had a bear pass by the back of the building one day! I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I visit the Smoky Mountains!"

" This house was AMAZING! The space, beauty of the wood inside and out, the decks, the amenities, the whole family was very pleased. Also the location was almost at the very top of a mountain so we had beautiful views. We had a two minor cleaning issues when we arrived and the property manager addressed them immediately. She was excellent in communication! We all enjoyed seeing bears every day, especially the Mom with the two playful cubs. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg for groceries,...
