We always suggest travel insurance as we do not changes or refunds due to road conditions, storms, medical conditions including COVID or inclement weather conditions etc...

Third party amenities, such as electricity, gas, and internet are beyond our control. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.

While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
Note: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to a local single mother that does a great job.

Cleaning Company provide ONLY A starter pack includes: coffee packets (2), laundry detergent (1), dishwashing powder (1), dishwashing liquid (3oz), kitchen sponge (1), kitchen towels (1), paper towels (1), (2) toilet paper per bath, body soap, shampoo, and (2) garbage bags for each garbage can.

We have in effect very STRICT HOUSE RULES due to unfortunate guest behaviors. Please follow the house rules including the following:

Extra persons exceeding your booking are not allowed to stay in the property. We have cameras outside the property checking number of guests and security at night checking the premises for no extra guests. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants is considered a breach of contract and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Max Occupancy 12. Exceeding max number of occupants is considered a breach of conflict and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Events allowed: birthday parties, family gatherings, weddings Max Attendees 12.

No pets allowed. Bringing pet(s) is in breach of contract and you will be required to leave the premises immediately without refund.

LOST & FOUND
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check your Cabin thoroughly prior to your departure for any personal belongings. If you notice you have left an item behind, please call us and every effort will be made to locate the item. We are not responsible for items left in your unit by you or other rental guests that may have occupied the Cabin before you. If you locate any items in your unit after check-in that do not belong to you, please let us know immediately.

You must be 21 years old to rent this cabin, I.D required at check in. Person making the reservation must be present during the entire stay.

Current Year Pool Pass is required for entry to all pool areas.
Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Pool Hours are 9am to 9pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open

The North Clubhouse is the Closest to the Cabin.

South Baden Clubhouse This facilities is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.
Upper Alpine Clubhouse This facilities is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for maintenance.
North Clubhouse This facility is closed for maintenance on Wednesdays.

IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND EVERY GUEST SHOULD VACATE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
