"bom "

"Very pleased with our 2 night stay at the BearSkin Lodge in downtown Gatlinburg. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and water view. It's nice and quiet there, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lodge desk workers were friendly and helpful. The lodge is located near the end of downtown Gatlinburg which was also nice with fewer people roaming around. Nice place to stay!"

"We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures."

"I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, and it’s always one of my favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg! This trip was extra special because I brought my 85-year-old dad, and it was his first time staying here. We both loved it! The location is perfect, right in downtown Gatlinburg, and the front porch is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Dad especially loved sitting in the rocking chairs by the fire, just relaxing and watching everything going on. There’s also a cozy fireplace...

"Clean and roomy room with sofa and desk and balcony"

"Localização excelente! Poucos passos da avenida principal! Atendimento e limpeza muito bons!"

"While the property itself was decent, the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. My villa was located right next to a timeshare showroom, meaning I had to endure the constant slamming of doors from tours all day. To make matters worse, I had no hot water overnight and through half of the next day. When I requested a room change, the front desk claimed the resort was completely booked. However, while standing at the desk, I checked their website and found five identical rooms available...
