This amazing 3 bedroom townhouse is the perfect basecamp for all your Smoky Mountain adventures.

Enjoy the sounds of water rushing along Baskins Creek from your balcony and private hot tub.

Located a half mile walk, along beautiful relaxing Baskins Creek, from the most popular attractions in Gatlinburg!

Decorated with rustic décor to give you that Smoky Mountain feeling! Featuring log beds, bear décor, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a big screen TV!

Your entrance to Basecamp Gatlinburg is through the lower level which has the laundry washer and dryer in the hallway and a king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower.

Take the stairs up to the main level which has another king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room with a queens sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area and balcony and hot tub are all on the main level.

The spiral staircase leads to the loft with a queen bed, arcade game and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

A wonderful condo in a great location! Very convenient to Parkway. My grandchildren loved exploring the creek across the driveway. So nice having a hot tub and a fireplace. The owners were fabulous! They were easily assessable for questions and very accommodating. Could not have been nicer! Will definitely rent again.

This was the perfect spot for a visit to Gatlinburg. We could walk to the shops and restaurants from the condo. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us all a little privacy while the shared spaces were perfect. The hot tub was the cherry on the top. I would definitely stay there again!

Basecamp Gatlinburg was exactly what we were expecting. Condo was clean and enough space for five adults. Close enough to walk to town but had a trolley stop very close if needed. The hosts were the best! We inquired about a tv in the loft before booking and they made it happen. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it snowed and was relaxing at the end of the day. Nice quiet neighborhood and enjoyed seeing bears on the property daily. Would definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating and quick to respond. It was nice to have toiletries available upon arrival. It was clean and close to downtown. Additional blankets would have been appreciated especially if someone is sleeping downstairs. We did purchase blankets. Overall a very nice place to stay and great location to everything!!!

Our stay at Base Camp Gatlinburg was absolutely perfect! The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was amazing—clean, private, and the perfect way to unwind after exploring downtown. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to all the main Gatlinburg attractions, shops, and restaurants.Lacey, our host, was beyond exceptional. She was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here—you’ll love it!Oh… we saw a Bear walk by the creek.

We enjoyed our stay at Basecamp Gatlinburg. It was ready when we got there. Everything was clean. We liked the convenience of being able to walk to town and back, but far enough out that traffic wasn’t noisy and felt like we were in the mountain. We did have to buy hand soap for the bathrooms and dish soap for the kitchen. We didn’t use enough dishes to run the dishwasher. It was nice to have access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again.

This was a wonderful condo. The three bedrooms on three different floors offered plenty of space and privacy. Having a private hot tub was fantastic. It was a very walkable distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The host was very quick to respond to all messages. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again in the future!

Great location! We wanted 3 bedroom, 3 bath, convenient to downtown Gatlinburg without being downtown. Base camp fit the bill! We even got to see a mama bear and her cubs on two days (up the street)! Parents took the master on the main floor, daughter took the upper level via spiral staircase and son in the lower level (he recommends swim shoes for the shower and extra blanket). Some enjoyed the pool, hot tub and deck. Hosts are responsive. Check out the photos on their post.

Property was a very easy walk to the main strip but yet, quiet. It was very clean and just like advertised. Communication was prompt and friendly. Would definately stay there again.

This place was great to stay and the host was great! Perfect walking distance to the strip if you do not have kids. We had a toddler so we ended up driving to the strip if we have the toddler with us. Nice condo that wasn’t crowded. We also got the privilege to see a bear and her 2 cubs stuck in a tree right off our balcony. It was neat to watch her get them down. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We were at an event at the convention center for the week. It was a very short drive and was even a quick 20 minute walk. It was also so convenient to walk to the strip. Loved how all 3 bedrooms were on different floors for privacy and with their own bathroom. Hot tub was used daily. The pool was convenient and we used it one day too. Would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and communication with owners was great!

This property was located in an excellent location. We could walk almost everywhere, and when we had to drive, we had access to roads to bypass downtown Gatlinburg. The amenities were everything we were looking for. Hot tub did wonders at the end of the day after some intense hiking, and the pool was conveniently located directly across from our townhouse. The townhouse had plenty of space for 5 adults. Host was very quick to answer us when we had questions. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Gatlinburg.

Great location and clean

Perfect location close to town and the national park. Unit was clean. Minor issues with only one bathroom soap dispenser working and missing any kitchen measuring spoons/cups. Softer sheets and any throw blankets would have made the stay more comfortable. The hot tub bleached one of our swim suits. Beyond the minor inconveniences, the unit was perfect for location being close to everything. Having a washer and dryer was great. Loved sitting on the patio having coffee and watching the creek. Would stay here again.

Not bad, but not as advertised. Dated/Needs Improvement

Sadly disappointed with this property. It is a townhouse/condo that is okay but not like it was advertised in the listing. I took several pictures but can't post them on the site here for some reason. The photos and concerns were sent right away to the owners. They responded, but mostly with excuses to all the concerns, such as that they had the recently painted and the mold was mildew that someone forgot the scrub away. They wanted to send maintenance people over during the stay, which isn't something that would be acceptable. - Black mold in two of the three showers (not mildew)- Food on the floors in the restrooms and kitchen.- Paint splotches on floors in many places- Holes in drywall in several places- Light bulbs burnt out in dining room- Mold building up in loft a/c portable unit- Severe seal cracking around shower in loft shower- Washer/dryer was full of debris; in need of full clean- Damp/musty odor throughout the property- Pool has a foot of water in the bottom and full of leaves. Was told by the owners after sending the pictures that it was not open until the weather gets warmer. It was in the 80s during our stay, but at least give this information in advance.Overall rating would be a 3 out of 5. Again, it wasn't terrible but nothing like we thought based on the listing.
