* The indoor pool is heated year-round to 82–84 degrees and is approximately 4 feet deep. The exterior doors in the pool room lead directly to the private hot tub.

*The private hot tub is available 24/7 and exclusive to your group. It is drained, cleaned, sanitized, and refilled with fresh water after every guest checks out.

Coffee
*A dual Keurig and drip-style coffee maker is provided.

Grill
*A charcoal grill is provided for your grilling needs.

Fire Features
*The balcony off the main floor includes a fire table and comfortable outdoor sofas. Propane is provided. A wood burning fire pit with seating for 6. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room.

Small Kids
*We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and baby gate.

Accessing This Home
*There are 6 stairs required to access the main level.

Christmas Decorations
*This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31, depending on guest checkouts after Thanksgiving.

Driving to the Cabin
*The roads leading to this cabin are paved and two lanes, except for the last 1/2 mile, which is a single-lane road. The final 350 feet are a gravel driveway. Most vehicles can access the cabin year-round. 4WD may be needed in snowy or icy conditions.

Restricted Check-In/Out Days
*Guests may not check in or out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

Age Requirement
*Guests must be 21 or older to book. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pet Policy
*This property is not pet-friendly. Service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left unattended.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
*We proudly offer a 5% discount to current military members, veterans, police, and firefighters. To receive this discount, make your reservation first, then send us a message with your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the documentation. We will refund 5% of the accommodation through the resolution center on the day of your check-in.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.
Access to this property in the inter months may require 4WD if there is ice or snow. The driveway leading to this cabin is gravel and can be slippery on the incline if there is snow and/or ice
