• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• We offer 3 clubhouse pools, tennis courts, and a fitness room, we partner with another resort (Chalet Village) located close by all our rental properties. 1 Pool pass $50 fee for replacement will be added to their bill.

• PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to a fine and the guest must vacate immediately.
• On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation
• PLEASE NOTE that the property is NON-SMOKING.
• Please note, a $1,000 fee applies for any non-disclosed pets or smoking inside the unit. Either violation results in immediate eviction without refund.
