Enjoy waking up in the heart of a vineyard. Start your morning overlooking vines, with a distant view of Mt. Adam’s and Mt. St. Helen’s. Every room has a view!
We are walking distance to Old 47 Estates tasting room, and within ten miles to 20 additional wineries. It’s a perfect spot for a couples retreat. Only 3.6 miles from Forest Grove, you’ll feel like you’re in the country, but can be in the city within minutes.

  • The California Condor was a common sight along the Columbia River in Lewis and Clark's day. By the early 1980's, there were only twenty-two left on the face of the planet, all in California. Today, thanks to a massive effort to re-populate the species via in-captivity pairing, there are some two-hundred members. But their recovery is far from assured. The Oregon Zoo has undertaken its own recovery effort whose ultimate goal is the re-introduction of the species into the protected wilderness area around the Columbia River Gorge. In short, to bring them home. For now, they live out their days in a vast, outdoor aviary designed specifically to mimic their habitat in the wild. If you have never seen one up close before, I urge you to come take a look. They are larger than any flying bird you will ever see, unless you go to Peru. And though black and white practically from head to toe, their plumage shines and reflects the light like dark, polished metal. If that doesn't suit your fancy, I will tell you that, as with all big birds, if you wait around long enough, they will do something so awe-inspiring that it will take your breath away, and something so goofy that you will laugh out loud. Very nice and quiet location. Only 8-10 minutes away from from Forrest Grove. With great food options. Beds are comfortable and big space for pups. Will look forward to staying again in spring or summer.

Oregon Wine Country

We enjoyed our stay, especially the location. The house is located in the Oregon wine country, well into the country. The home provides beautiful views east across the valley and we enjoyed looking at the views. The house is well equipped and provided everything that we needed for our week stay in the area. There are several good areas to walk in the woods and to enjoy the area.

Relaxing Stay with Gorgeous Views

The living room and kitchen are open-plan with large windows, so there's a lot of light and two comfortable couches. The shower in the bathroom is probably big enough for two people, and has a bench-type area where you can sit or put a leg. The bedrooms also have large windows, but very dark curtains, so you can stay in the dark until you are ready to wake up.While you are in a working vineyard/winery, and there are trucks going up the driveway to the buildings further along, they don't intrude any more than the traffic on main highway 47. No matter the weather, it is a calming place to be, to look outside, to relax.We booked this area because it is pet friendly, and our cat's litter box fit just fine in the larger bathroom between the toilet and sink. The entrance on the back by the driveway takes you through the laundry/mudroom, which has a separate door with a window to the kitchen, so if you have an escape-artist pet, you'll have an airlock to keep them inside.

Beautiful views and convenient location

We booked this location to attend a family wedding in Forest Grove. It was perfectly located, clean, comfortable and had the most amazing views of the surrounding vineyards. I loved watching the sunrise from the living room- such a peaceful retreat. Would happily book again!

Great spot in a vineyard not far from Forest Grove. Our second nigh there, after a 44-mile bike ride, we wandered up to the tasting room and enjoyed some great wine and yummy cajun fare from the food truck.

A Beautiful Location

My husband and I were in Oregon to acquaint ourselves with the Oregon wine experience. We selected this home in the midst of a vineyard. For just the two of us, it was ideal. The views were glorious! Imagine the tranquility of sipping a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the view of a misty vineyard, or a glass of wine after a fun but exhausting day while your favorite item is cooking on the grill. We would return to this lovely house again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Views

We stayed here with our daughter while she looked for an apartment before starting school at Pacific. The views are spectacular and the house very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. We would hands-down stay here again! Just seven minutes from downtown Forest Grove.

We were in the area to spend a few days with grandkids. House was well appointed - kitchen especially. The weather did not allow for as much outdoor exploring as we would have liked but overall the house worked out quite well for us.

Beautiful home!

Absolutely loved the view, I did kinda feel like I was in a fish bowl with there being no type of curtains in the living/ kitchen area. Early in the morning there were trucks ripping (driving fast) by the house causing lots of noise and dust. Other than that we enjoyed our time at the house and can’t wait to rent it again sometime! (:

Just perfect

Our trip was just perfect. We traveled to Oregon to visit our son and his partner. We attended a concert at nearby McMenamins Forest Grove lodge, went to a local Sake’ tasting, and ate a meal at Downton Forest Grove. There are also nearby winery tastings. The lovely updated interior of the house provided a clean and relaxing atmosphere. It was extremely clean and the owners were quick to answer our questions. The large front windows provided beautiful hillside and vineyard views. One of our best B&B visits. We will return!

Absolutely stunning location! We would give it 10 stars. Exceptionally clean, fantastic beds, and the views and porch are incredible. Fun little winery right next door (shoutout to Joe who was pouring). Don’t think twice about this amazing gem!

Our stay was very Zen and truly a blessing. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the property and be able to have our pets with us. When we did leave we were minutes away from Wineries, Breweries , farms and bakeries. We highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to relax...
