"We arrived and the property was in great condition and clean. We had an incident occur while at the rental and it was handled within 1/2hr. after talking to Rey. He was easy to get in touch with any questions. The converted game room is a great addition to keep the kid occupied in their own space. The pool and hot tub were also a great addition and we spent alot time in both. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have such a beautiful pool and clean home. The host was very responsive and we appreciated his quick communication especially when the sliding door didn’t work - he had it fixed in an hour! The area is fine but need to drive everywhere. "

"Very nice and clean house in a quiet location. Communication with the host was also excellent. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the walks around the property.Our flight back home was scheduled later in the evening and Marzena the host allowed us to check out late.Overall a great experience."

"Wonderfully equipped home central to all cape coral has to offer. Had a issue with the fan (previous guest took the remote) and the host was at the home to fix within minutes. We had our family with a newborn and the the home had all the essentials needed. Very clean, updated.,and well maintained. Cant wait to get back to this one!! "

"This pet friendly property was amazing for our family that included 2 couples and 5 children. Our younger children (7-12) enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock all morning, afternoon and night. "Property was amazing 4 adults and 6 children plenty of room. Fishing off of the dock and riding in the kayaks was fun for all. Kids loved the big pool and all the toys.Everything you need is provided by the property owners, absolutely the easiest and best vacation. Great access to all the beaches. Property owner was fast to reply when we had questions. Would definitely recommend for a family-friendly vacation. "

"I had such an enjoyable stay. Everything was clean and very proper. There were a few features I have never used but Kathy left very detail instructions on everything. Was very comfortable there!!!!! I was able to contact Kathy when I needed to and she even checked with me to make sure all was well!!!! She made me feel like I was home. I would stay there again and also refer anyone visiting the Cape to enjoy this beautiful home!!!!!! "
