"I wrote three messages in the spot that said Contact us. Not one response. The thermostat did not work and the unit was freezing. Despite setting it to 22c, the room temp never climbed above 17.6c. (I have a photo.) We could not stand being so cold and booked other accommodation for our second night. The phone number/extension number did not work either. Why would they put us in the furthest possible room from the check-in desk? The beds were comfortable and clean but we had to use the pillows...

"We got into our room to find an actual poop mark on the white bedspread. Not just a smear, a large poop mark that was still fresh. We were upgraded to a new room and the new one was ok but there was a hole in the wall of the closet. Also stains on that bedspread but they were at least washed prior"

"Everything is good except the rooms arent very clean.. found a tooth in my bed, lots of dirt behind the bed and chairs.. substantial amount. Bathroom is nice, king size bed is awesome, would lovvee to stay more often"

"Room was kind of smelly. They gave parking exit ticket for 2 days however didn’t work at second checkout. Had to park back to see reception for new ticket. It was inconvenient. Not many instructions posted to get into hotel through parking. Thanks to 1 guest there who helped to get through."

"We really appreciated our stop here. Our only suggestion would be to have someone grate and redo the driveway as there were several pot holes to try to avoid getting in and out of the driveway. Staff were friendly and cost was fantastic. Thanks again."

"The parking lot needs repair. The back entrance doors need to be keyed and locked at all times. They are not. The room was very clean. The mini fridge needs the door to open the opposite way for full and easy access. Should just move the fridge."

"Very clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was great with lots of food selection and lots of room to sit by the window and look out onto the street. Location was right downtown which was within a few metres of our outdoor event. Staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to park longer until the end of our event."
