Patio/Garden: The large patio is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. Additionally, there are two beach chairs on the patio for your relaxation. Small garden shed for bicycles and a reserved parking spot next to the house. Electric grill (in the garden shed).

Lovingly and modernly furnished, this light-filled semi-detached home offers approximately 100 square meters of living space and 3 bedrooms, providing ample room for up to 6 people. The open, modern kitchen and the spacious living area—with floor-to-ceiling windows, a modern dining area, and a cozy sofa—invite you to relax and offer a dream vacation in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. You can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace with its adjoining garden. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with exterior roller shutters and also have pleated blinds in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. This beautiful vacation home features a central ventilation system and underfloor heating.

The “world’s largest sandbox” – Sankt Peter Ording – with its beautiful sandy beaches is just a 10-minute drive away (approx. 11 km). As a vacation destination, Garding offers a quiet alternative to SPO and is an ideal starting point for wonderful bike rides and excursions in the surrounding area. The town has various shopping options (bakery, Edeka, Netto, etc.), a gas station, a train station, doctors, and a pharmacy, covering all aspects of daily life. Everything is within walking distance.
