"The address listed is not correct. Elevators didn’t work. Rooms smelled disgusting. The room was not cleaned at all ! Walking to our room they just had a dog running loose in the hallways. Asked for another room and it was also disgusting. Everything is rusted down to the bath tub. Parking lot was filled with men drinking and peeing outside of the building. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE‼️"

"My whole family stayed at this hotel, and had a great experience. The rooms we stayed in were excellent. They were very accommodating with us needing one of the rooms on the ground floor. Pet policy was great. We were able to get a late checkout too. In one of the rooms the toilet was not working for the whole day of check out, and the staff showed no urgency to repairing it. The staff was very rude and did not explain certain things to us because they didnt take the time to find a staff member to explain things in English as we do not speak Spanish. The pool was out of control and the life guards did nothing about it.
